Tutu

Once for a school project, I had to make costumes and one was a tutu. I figured you would all like to know how to make a tutu, if you needed the skill at some point.

-Tulle (It's up to you to decide the amount, because the more you add, the thicker your tutu will be.
-Waistband (I used a stretchy headband)

Fold a strip of tulle in half over the waistband, and tie it. Repeat this process with strips of tulle of the equivalent size until your tutu is full.

I accessorized my tutu with black feathers, but you can accesorize with pretty much anything. Some examples I have included are a kukui nut necklace (which I got in Hawaii) pearls, a lei (which I also got in Hawaii) and a blue plastic party necklace.
