By cutting a plastic crate and using seven standard joint parts,
you can create your own dual-purpose cargo / extra bike seat*.
Doing so enables you the possibility to transport easily and environmental friendly,
while enjoying a mutual riding experience.

Here are the instructions Now Do It Yourself!

Step 1

Start by carving the crate with the hand or electric saw, close to the crate basis, leaving only one of the crate's side walls.

Step 2

After separating the 3 side walls left, reconnect them, using Brass hinge, two to each side. This will enable you to fold them when wishing to transport an extra rider.

Step 3

The next step is to attach the window shutters using the rivet gun. Doing so enables you to replace your 3 side walls part back to the crate, when wishing to use it as cargo.Attach the small part of the shutter ("female") to the crate side wall (the seat's beck rest).

The shutter designated to front closing, should be installed to the crate basis (the rider's seat). Install the small part of the shutter ("female") to the basis.

Step 4

In order to stabilize the seat, drill two holes, one in each side. Attach the screws and reinforce them using the nuts. Drill two extra holes in the crate basis, enabling an easy assembling of the seat.

Step 5

The final and most creative step to make your own "Two Go" seat is the cushion, using the stapling gun, a board, a sponge and a piece of cloth of your choice. Attach the cushion to the seat, so it could be a beck rest to the driver when the crate functions as cargo, and a comfortable seat when wishing to transport an extra rider.
