USB Toaster

For this project I made a USB toaster with fidget buttons because I wanted to have all my USB devices organized for school and also have something I can fidget with while doing homework.

Supplies

3D Printer Filament, USB Hub, USB Sockets, Compression Springs, Glue

3D print all the parts for the toaster. (Chassis, Buttons, Support Pieces)

Buttons

Insert the button with the spring and cylinder. Glue the cylinder piece to the support piece inside.

USB

Splice off the heads off the USB hub and replace them with vertical USB sockets and solder them with each corresponding wire.

USB Hub

Insert the USB Hub inside the toaster and either screw in the socket into place or hot glue it.
