2. Screw and Washer to fit hole in center of steel
3. Wood Pole to use as handle

Bending the Metal
Drill a hole in the center of the steel plate. Next, bend one end of the metal about 3 inches from the end to form a 120* angle. I used concrete stairs to do this on but a brick would work too.
Put It Together
Drill hole in one end of rod and attach metal with the screw and washer. Now you're done!
