Upcycled Duct Tape Cardboard Planter
Upcycling is a way to reduce household waste. I love gardening and I try to use household materials to build planters. In this instructable we will build an upcycled cardboard planter with duct tape. The box provides structural stability and the duct tape makes it water resistant, and provides a nice coating.
Supplies
- cardboard box
- Duct Tape
- Scissors
Prepare the Box
Remove the flaps and make 4-6 holes at the bottom for drainage using the scissors.
Put Duct Tape Around the Box
Start at the top (or bottom) and wrap the box with the duct tape and cut. Repeat covering the next layer.
Add Soil and Your Favorite Plant
Add soil (and compost) and your favorite plants!
