VR Dodocase Bracket Improvement

The black L-shaped bracket that connects the top, bottom and lens parts of the Dodocase is very frustrating to use. It's difficult to keep the tabs in place and they fall out at the most inopportune times. Time to make a better bracket.

Find a piece of cardboard close to the same weight as the cardboard the original bracket is made of. Trace the original bracket with a pencil.

Measure and add 1/8 to 1/4 inch to each tab. Keep the tabs on the long side. This will help you put the Dodocase together.

Carefully cut out the new bracket with very sharp scissors or a utility blade. Dull scissors will warp the tabs.

Remove the black bracket from your case and replace it with your new bracket. Trim tabs if necessary. We discovered later that we didn't have to extent the tab that goes between the velcro pieces. We also trimmed the tab that goes between the lenses to a 1/8 inch increase in length.

Now your Dodocase is easier to put together - and it will STAY together.
