Vanilla Bundt Cake With Powdered Sugar

IMG_0933.JPG

Hi guys! at home i'm gluten free so baking stuff that is gluten free comes really easy. This is only my second time baking a Bundt cake. Last one i made it was yellow flavored. and last time i made it i did not make it from scratch like i did on this one. Hope you enjoy it!

Step 1: Adding Mix

This was hard because i didn't have rice flour wich is what it called for so instead i used all purpose and my mom (she got me all the spices from the cabinet) said it would work the same. This recipes call for 1 1/2 cups of white rice flour (or all purpose baking flower) and 1 cup of tapioca flower.

Step 2:Guar Gum

Adding Guar gum is a weird step. At first because it had 'gum' in it i thought that it wouldn't be like flour. Turns out i was wrong! And before you ask i don't know where to find it.1 1/4 teaspoons of Guar gum.

Step 3: Eggs

This recipe calls for 4 eggs. For my eggs we like to miss match and the yolks are orange and as my mom says is much better for you.

Step 4: Baking Powder

This recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Step 5:sugar

Adding sugar is easy. For this recipe i used cane sugar. This recipe calls for 2 cups but i used 1 1/2 cups because 2 cups is a lot of sugar.

Step 6: Potato Starch.

Sorry i don't have a picture of it but its just looks like flour and this recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup of it.

Step 7: Vanilla

Vanilla smells really good but it is super gross to eat alone. This recipe calls for 5 teaspoons of it.

Step 8:Oil or Melted Butter.

Don't have a picture of this but i didn't have a lot of melted butter left so i used coco oil. This recipe calls for 1 cup of butter or oil.

Step 9: Cream of Milk.

Don't have a picture of this and i'm so sorry!! I don't have milk and i didn't have a lot of cream so i used coconut milk. 1 cup of milk/cream.

Step 10:Oven and Mixing.

This recipe did call for you to use a blender or a mixer but i didn't see that so i mixed it by hand. This recipe called for 50-60 minutes of cooking. Mine took about a hour.

Step 11: Flipping

Ones its out of the oven let it cool the you can flip it onto a plate or a metal gate like me.

Step 12: Finishing

Nice! Guys we made it to the last step! Now the recipe said we could make a glaze but i really want to eat it so i used powdered sugar. We used a strainer and putt about 2 scoops of it then you lightly tap it over the cake!

Thank You So Much For Taking Time To Read This!

Have a great time eating and baking this!
