Vegan Rainbow Cupcakes

P1220168.JPG
You no longer need eggs and milk for cupcakes!! Substitute those for a can of sprite and you've got yourself fun vegan cupcakes. Th sprite helps hold the batter together just like the eggs and milk did, it leaves your cupcakes moist and helps keep the color stay vibrant.
if you look in the picture you can see why these are called rainbow, first they have all the colors of the rainbow; vital information you'll need to know to make your cupcakes, and if you look upside down the colors are arched with the white frosting to resemble the clouds. you don't have to go in the specific order of a rainbow or even use 6 colors, you can use any colors you please and any amount.
This recepie allows you to cook up to 24 colorful cupcakes. All you need to do now is cook them and enjoy them with friends or at a party.
