Vegetable Hasselback Potatoes - Cook N' Bake

Hi everyone,

In this video I will be showing you how to make vegetable hasselback potatoes. This is quite an easy recipe, and it's a good vegetarian appetizer idea.

Ingredients:

• 4 Medium Potatoes
• 1 Medium Tomato
• 1 Medium Red Onion
• 2 Tbsp Fine Bread Crumbs
• 1 tsp Dried Mint
• 1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Black Pepper
• Corse Salt
