Veggie Cheesy Nuggets

These Nuggets taste amazing and are somewhat healthy as well.

Preparing the Vegetables

1) Take 5 small-medium potatoes, parboil and peel the potatoes.

2) Cut Carrot into small pieces and boil them along with a few Sweet Corn.

3) Cut Cottage Cheese (Paneer) into small pieces.

1) Mash Parboil Potatoes into a bowl.

2) Add Boiled Sweet Corn and Carrot into the bowl.

3) Add Cottage Cheese (Paneer) into the bowl.

4) Add Cheese into the bowl.

5) Mix everything in the bowl.

6) Add some Red Chilli Powder (as per taste) and some Salt (as per taste).

7) Mix everything well in the bowl.

Slurry

1) Add 2 tbsp of Refined Flour (Maida) to a small bowl.

2) Add 1.5 tbsp of Cornflour into the bowl.

3) Add Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder (all as per taste).

4) Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into the mix.

5) Add a little water and mix it until it's completely mixed and make sure it is thick-ish.

Note: If the Slurry becomes too watery, add some cornflour to it.

Breading

Grind 4 Slices of Bread along with a half-cup of Cornflakes (for extra crunch).

Make Nuggets out of the Vegetable and Cheese Filling.

Dip them in the slurry and then coat them with breading.

Note: For Airfryer only 1 coat is needed (of breading and slurry).

For DeepFry 2 coats are needed (of breading and slurry).

Note: You can also freeze the nuggets in the freezer and store them for later.

Preheat the Airfryer for 5 Mins at 185*C.

Place the Nuggets on the mesh rack/basket of your Airfryer.

Cook the Nuggets for 10 Mins at 185*C, when the time gets over flip the nuggets upside down for 7 Mins at 185*C.
