How to turn old tires into a vegetable or flower garden.
Acquire Old Tire or Tires
Acquire a couple of old car of pickup truck tires.
Cut Out Top Rim of Tires
Wearing work gloves and using a serrated blade heavy duty knife, cut out the top rim of the tire using a sawing motion.
Lay Down Plastic
Lay down the plastic sheeting or heavy duty trash bags where you will place the tires. This will prevent grass and weeds from growing up in your garden tires. After you lay down the plastic place the tires on top of the plastic.
Paint the Tires
Fill Tires With Planting Soil, Seeds, Water
Fill tires with planting soil. Plant your seeds or plants and water!
