Nails With Glamour
Supplies need or this instructable are a base coat, base color, a soft brush, tweezers, and flocking powder.You can find flocking powder at a drug store. Just so u know washing your hands won't ruin it!
Apply Base Coat
Make sure it dries before going to the next step!
Apply Base Color
Make sure this color is the same color as your powder for the velvety look. Let this color dry.
Powder Time!!
One nail at a time, apply a second coat of color. While your nail is still wet, use tweezers to grab and drop a big pile of flocking powder on your nail. Using your finger, gently press flocking powder all over the nail surface so it adheres to the wet nail polish.
Get the Fly a Ways
Use a soft brush to gently wipe away any excess flocking powder from around and on top of the nail. Repeat on each nail! Have fun!
