I was inspired by the beauty of Tequila Sunrise, and thinking maybe I can make something to pay tribute to the great creativity, then the Tequila Daybreak came up with me.
Tonic water contains quinine, it glows under UV light. So I use a black light and the beautiful blue beam of tonic water to make a daybreak effect.

What You Will Need

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz Tonic water
  • 1/4 ozVodka or Gin
  • 1/2 oz Tequlia
  • 1/4 ozBlue Curacao

The others
  • Black light(UV light, does not show on the picture.)
  • Shot glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Measuring Cup
If you want to make a long drink, just change the shot glass to a highball glass which is filled with ice, and double all the ingredients.

Mix the Drinks

Pour vodka or gin and tonic water into the shot glass and stir.
Add Blue Curacao, on account of gravity, it will sink to the base of the glass.
Carefully layer tequlia on top with a bar spoon.

Turn on the Black Light and Serve
