D4E1 WOESH - Juggle Trestle #HOWESTIPO #CIRCUS
We have developed a juggling trestle that learns you simple and fun circus techniques in a interactive way. Through a variety of exercises, you can work on improving your skills and hand-eye coordination. The exercises are learned step by step and are tailored to your personal abilities and level. Whether you are a beginner or already advanced, there are always suitable challenges for you. The exercises are structured at different levels, so everyone, can participate and develop. It's a great way to have fun while also improving yourself.

Making the Round Blocks
- saw the rake so that you have that your pieces are 5cm long
- mark at 15mm from the top, this is where you will drill a hole
- clamp the pieces, and drill a hole where you marked with the 12M drill
- make the piece conical at the bottom, this can be done with some sanding paper
- drill a hole for the O-ring screw and screw it on
Making the Pens
- cut the pens at 40mm
- sand the pens
Making the Tennis Balls on Rope
- cut the rope to the desired length
- burn the end so the rope doesn't raffle
- drill a hole in the tennis ball
- put a knot on the ball and put the knot through the hole
- put a loop on the other end of the rope
PVC Tube
- cut the pvc tube to the desired length
- clean the cut with some sandpaper
Making the Top Bar
- sand the wood with the orbital power sander
- cut the wood at 171cm
- drill holes with the 30mm drill bit every 70mm starting at 19,4cm
- lower the blade on the pannelsaw so that it about 1cm sticking out
- cut the groove
- sand and debur the wood
Making the T-trestle
- sand the wood with the orbital power sander
- cut two planks at 120cm and one at 60cm
- on the two planks mark every 70mm for a hole
- drill holes, start with one of the lower drill bits like M5 and work your way up to M15
- put a chamfer on each hole with the countersunk drill bit
- on the side of the plank, drill holes to attach the top plank
- on the other plank mark for 4 more holes like on the technical drawing
- drill 2 holes with the M10 drill bit, these are for the plugs to put the top bar on
- drill 2 holes with the M5, these are to screw it to the other two planks
- sand and debur the wood
- put the planks together
- screw 2 O-rings into each of the side planks
Repair
in case that anything breaks, the easiest solution is to individually remake and repair the affected part. This approach will be the most cost and time effective solution. Each component of the trestle is designed for easy replacement. By addressing issues on a part-by-part basis, you can maintain the functionality of the trestle.
