Water Level Indicator With Custom PCB Board

Hello friends welcome back to "Techno-E-solution." In this article I'll show you "How to make a simple water level indicator" using some transistors & LED. I make a custom pcb design to make it easy. Just download the PCB layout file & print on photo paper & use tonner transfer technic to make custom PCB. I use insulated copper wire to detect the water level.Just deep the wire in tank at 25%,50%,75%,100% & at the positive wire at the bottom of the tank. So let's make it.

PCB TONNER TRANSFER TECHNIC :-

To make this project we need some components (Best Buy Link Provided):-

1. Transistor (BC547) X 4
2. LED (Multicolour,5mm) X 4
3. Resistor (470E) X 4
4. PCB Board X 1
5. Battery (9V) X 1
6. Battery Cap X 1
7. Insulated Copper Wire X 1mtr

Tool which I used to make it (With Best buy link):-

1. Soldering Kit X 1
2. PCB Drill Machine X 1
3. PCB Etching Kit X 1

Follow the circuit diagram to make connections.

Follow the following steps to make PCB using "Tonner transfer Technic"

1. Take a print on photo paper using tonner powder filled printer.
2. Cut PCB of layout size.
3. Use Iron to transfer tonner on PCB.
4. After tonner transfer successfully.
5. take a 2-3 spoon of ferric chloride in water.
6. Place PCB in the solution for 5-10 min.
7. Clean the PCB with the help of PCB Cleaner.
8. Drill the PCB using drill machine.
9. Place all components on PCB as shown in 3D PCB layout.
10. Solder components on PCB.
11. Now your PCB Completed.
