Watch a Movie!
Watch the new chick flick that just came out, or check out that horror film you always wanted to watch. I love watching movies, whether in the theater or at home. If you don't have it try out Netflix, they are a great way to get DVD rentals for a reasonable price.
Hang With a Friend!!
If you are bored to tears, and have been playing Halo 2 by yourself for 3 straight days, have a friend over. Two people can have a whole lot more fun rather than being alone. Besides you can get into more trouble with a friend!
Take a Hike!
This step can really be a lot of things. You can go camping with the family, or go with a friend. You can go hiking, which is a great way to get out and exercise. Or you can go dirt biking with a bunch of friends. Basically get out doors and have fun!!
Surf the Web!!
When I'm bored, (like now), I generally surf the internet. I have a friend who is always telling me that he is bored and can't find anything "good" on the internet. What is wrong with him!?!? The internet is amazingly huge and there are tons of cool websites. A good place to start when you are bored is Google. Search for things that you heard about or want to learn about. i-am-bored.com is a good place for bored people, (duh), and has a lot of cool things. Anyway just use the internet as a way to escape your boredom.
Read!!
Unless you can't or don't like to read, reading books is another form of 'entertainment'. If you are low on money just go to a library and check out a couple of books that look good to you. What I find cool about books is that there are so many different genres of books. I'm sure you will be able to find some sort of book.
Build Something!
Be an inventor! Or just build something really cool. If you're reading this, the website that it's on is a great resource. Whatever your hobby is (you don't have to have one) build something that represents what you like. If you don't have a hobby, what do you think is cool? Maybe you can make a hobby off of what fascinates you.
Cook!
Don't get out of the kitchen, get IN it! What is your favorite food? Do you think you can cook it? I dare you to make it! Seriously though, cooking is really fun and it is cheaper (generally) than buying it at the store. Cook up something fabulous.
Be an Author!
Writing is a great way to get out your feelings without hurting or involving others. That doesn't mean that you need to keep a diary. You could put your feelings in a novel or story, by making your characters feel what you feel and go through what you are going through. Writing is fun, and you could write a screenplay (for a movie) or an actual play, a book and many other things.
Make a Movie!
Make a movie with your friends. When making a cheap budget video (assuming you're not fabulously rich) don't spend tons of money on special effects, make 'em cheesy to make the movie more entertaining. Indymogul.com is a great resource for making home films. They also posted a lot of instructables on this website, so check them out. Unleash the director in you!
Be Mildly Destructive!
If you have tools at hand that can wreak havoc, then destroy (or break) things that have no meaning to you. This is a fun activity and can get out your feeling in a safe (sort-of) way.

Clean!
If you're bored or mad, cleaning the house can channel out all of your frustrations. And I think it can be a little fun at times, as long as you don't do to much.

Use Your Imagination!
Use that noggin! There are hundreds of things that you could probably do that I didn't list. So what? Look for many different things to do around your house. I'm sure you could find something. Anyway I hope this has helped all of you bored people out there and that you can find something worthwhile to do.
Thanks!
