Building a wheel speaker

Supplies

Supplies: One tire, wood, 3x 6in 8mil bolts with nuts, 8x small 1/2in 2mil bolts with nuts, 2x speakers, 1x switch, 1xbarrel jack AC adapter, Charger board with overdraft protection, audio board with bluetooth capabilities, 1x sequenced battery pack for 4x AA battaries, 4x lithium 1.2v AA battaries, Zipties, Spray paint, wood glue, 24 guaged wire, and shrink wrap.

Tools: Soldering iron, laze cutter, general electrical tools like wire stripper and side cutters.

Circuit

Audio board connected to the charger board which connects to battery and the barrel jack AC adapter. Between the audioboard and the charger board attach a switch. The audio board outputs four wires which two connect to each speaker. Do Not Hard Wire speakers, switch, or the barrel jack yet

Laser Cut, Glue and Paint

Laser cut the wheel hub parts include 2x rims, glue together, and paint them with spray-paint desired

Hardwire

place speakers, switches, and AC adapter in wheel hubs. Hardwire circuit. Drill small hole in tire around the cord. Then Ziptie battery case to prevent movement.
