These brownies taste divine, and is made with pearl millet and wholewheat flours. This makes it healthy too.

Ingredients:

White chocolate chunks – 3/4 cup

Butter – 1/2 cup

Oil – 1/4 cup

Bajra (pearl millet) flour – 3/4 cup

Wholewheat flour – 1/4 cup

Sugar – 1/4 cup (as my chocolate slabs are sweetened)

Eggs - 2

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Baking powder – 1/2 tsp

Vanila essence – 1 tsp

Dark chocolate shavings – 1/4 cup

Grease and Line a Sqaure Cake Tin.

Melt the White Chocolate and Butter by Double Boil Method.

That is, heat little water in a container. Place chocolate and butter in another bigger container. Place the second container over the first and ensure that it doesn't touch the boiling water beneath.

Add Oil, Vanilla Essence, and Sugar to This, and Mix Well.

Now, Separately Whisk the Eggs Lightly.

Add Them to the Wet Mixture.

In a Bowl, Sieve Together the Millet Flour, Wholewheat Flour, Salt and Baking Powder.

Preheat the Oven to 170 Degree Centigrade.

Add the Flour Mixture Slowly to the Wet Ingredients, Mixing in Between, Until Well Combined.

Now Pour the Batter to the Prepared Tin and Tap Lightly Against the Counter.

Sprinkle the Dark Chocolate Shavings on the Top.

Bake for 20-25 Minutes.

Allow to Cool, Slice and Enjoy the Chocolatey Bites.
