Wooden Vernier Caliper Ruler Scale for Measurement

 It’s my passion to think and work differently, so I decide to make a vernier caliper in a laser cut machine as we all know vernier caliper is based on the principle of differentiating between two scales.  We use  MDF(3mm) material or this. Now get started;-

• MDF(3mm)
• Glue( wooden / UHU

 Firstly, as we know the shape of the vernier caliper and how looks and draws an image of the coral draw Like this.

Now cuts it with the machine at the speed of  25mm/s and a power of  45%. It consists of a main scale depth measurement blade, and two jaws (fixed, sliding jaw (3 layers) ) vernier scale.

Now I put the main scale at the fixed jaw with glue and then I attach the two parts of the vernier scale with glue and then I attach the depth measurement blade at the backside. Now the vernier caliper is done.
