3D PRINTER.jpg

Here the design of printable part for X,Y,Z axis for Cartesian 3DPrinter which use linear rod 8mm for Y-Axis and Z-Axis and 2020 aluminium profile for X-Axis .

By using this printable part, I built a 3D Printer using a multiplex frame with easy assembly. Printing area can adjust the length of the linear rod and the length of the aluminum profile or in other words the printing area can be customized.

I recommend using PETG filament. Based on experience, the yellow color printed part has lasted for 3 years now. the white and black part are recently printed using PETG also.

for parts that require precision, for example the part that holds the bearing, you can modify the design using the attached openscad file which is then rendered and converted into an .stl file. Here also file .stl in attachment. if needed , feel free to asked for scad file.
