Co2 Airsoft Silencer With Smoke FX

IMG_2667.JPG
I made this silencer for my co2 airsoft pistol when i was bored hoping to make it quieter but, instead it made it sound cooler and some co2 came out making giving it a smoking gun effect. This last for about 3 or 4 mags.

Materials and Tools

The materials I used were:
- empty co2 cartridge
- pvc to fit the co2 cartridge
- pvc to fit tight over the end of the barrel
- flat black spray paint (optional)
- hot glue

Tools I used were:
- saw
- bench grinder or heavy duty saw to cut co2 cartridge
- hot glue gun
- file

Cut Some Pvc Pipe

Cut the pvc that fits over your barrel, make it the exact length of the orange tip. After that file the outside down to fit perfectly inside the other pvc and glue it inside.

Grind/Cut

first grind down the top of the co2 cartridge until it can fit a bb through it easily then the bottom until it is flat with a hole about the size of the inner pvc (sorry no pic. of that). Then cut the pvc until it is about 5.5 inches. After hot glue the grinded down cartridge to the inside of the pvc. Spray paint if wanted.

Finish Up

If you want it slightly permanent than hot glue it to your barrel (best choice), or if its tight enough you don't need to glue it.

P.S. i'll try to get more pictures of the grinded down cartridge.
