Snow is tiny ice crystals but snow is a DIY artificial snow made polyacrylate and water is a compound that absorbs all liquids so it is used in the diapers

Sodium Polyacrylate

Sodium polyacrylate is a polymer formed from monomers -CH2CH (CO2Na) The ability to absorb large amounts of water is because there sodium carboxylate groups pendant from the polymer backbone in its molecular structure. These groups, when in contact with water emit sodium cation, leaving free negative ions carboxylate. Negative ions repel, stretching the backbone and causing increased volume. For the compound to be stable again and neutral ions captured water molecules and the charge is neutralized.
This powder, by adding water, absorbing it will be observed as each of granites, and are added to form a kind of crystalline gel. Since this compound has high molecular weight, rather than dissolved, it is gelled.

you have to open the diapers I've helped a cutter you open them and carefully fold the cotton and you can see grains on polyacrylate and retire and get into a glass jar that the boat is dry is important and beyond cleaned com Alcohol

Refining the Polyacrylate

Diy snow

to refine the polyacrylate I do what I do is heated with an alcohol burner and then blow a little to remove the fluff cotton that can have only do this to remove any moisture that can have to be much more absorbent to do much more snow

Adding Water

The last thing to do is add water.A diaper gives to 2.5 liters of water
