How to Get Beautiful Feet and Nails!

get rid of yellow feet and get soft ones....and also get rid of stains on your nails and make them extreamly bright!!!!

take two spoon fulls of baking soda and put in a small bowel or cup



        to double put four spoon fulls ect.

get one spoon full of hydrogen poroxide and add to baking soda.

its one spoon full of hydrogen poroxide for every
two spoon fulls of baking soda....

stir real well.....if not the consistacy shown fallow theese steps.........

liquidy?  if liquidy slowly add a little more baking soda till its jest right.


dry?  if dry add a little more hydrogen poroxide till just right.


                                                                                                        note: you can make it just a little moe wet then shown.

then scrub with a old toothbrush and watch the dirt and stains
come right off !

for nails just scrub on and under nails then let sit for 4 to 5 min.

rinse with warm water

soap is not needed for it is its own soap and leaves a fresh clean sent
