It needs these 2 parts for one module.

When they’re printed out, deburr them with cutter or flies.

Then put magnetic balls for each hollows and glue these two parts.

Cut a part out with laser cutter. One module needs this parts each.

Adjust each parts to match, with shaving each parts.

Put the part of modules made by 3D printer on the cloth.

Inset the part made by laser cutter to another parts from reverse side of cloth.

Then, you can attach the module onto clothes.

The module includes magnets, so they can form three-dimensional frame by attracting them.
