Lemongrass Ginger Chicken Burgur

This is very delicious healthy burger. and its really mouthwatering... This is my 1st ever burger so any suggestions are more than welcome.. i hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

You will need 
500 gm chicken. You can split it as 150 gm breast ant 350 gm thigh pieces ( skinless and boneless that goes without saying)
a bunch of spring onions
1 tbsp lemon grass puree
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
6 garlic cloves
3 tbsp chopped coriander/cilantro
 1tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil 
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp caster sugar

For serving
cucumber
tomato
mayonnaise
salary leaves
few min leaves 

Preparations

Chop the spring onions and coriander. 
put all the chicken in blender or food processor and blend till roughly chopped. Add spring onions, ginger garlic and lemon grass puree.
blend further till well mixed. divide the mixture in 4 parts. and chill for half an hour.

Frying

heat oil in a pan and fry them till they become golden yellow on each side turning them occasionally. then add soy sauce vinegar , water and sugar. cover with a lid and cook for 3 -4 mins turning in between till the sauce becomes slightly sticky and the burgers are cooked thoroughly.

assemble the burger however you like adding onion tomato cucumber etc. put few mint leaves on top.
