I am the Executive Chef / Culinary trainer at a Cafe that specializes in the training of special needs adults. I teach them basic restaurant skills so they can eventually obtain jobs in the community. I am also a BBQ , chili , salsa and burger competition champion. My hobbies are entering recipe contests and playing the drums. I also have been on many food TV competition shows and reality shows.
