1.run mqmax_install.bat
2.copy and replace the created boards.txt, 
  to the avr folder on the popup explorer
3.open arduino ide
4.mqmax0.4 must be in boards folder
5.login to esplink
6.change pin asing to the photo pin assingment and change
7.go to services tap and add arduino in mDNS and save
8.open again arduino ide and if the board is connected to the same network 
  will appear in tools-> port as an ip .
