Shortbread
this recipe is a family favorite first you need to pre heat the oven to 150*c (300*f)
then gather the ingredients
225g (8ozs) butter
125g (4ozs) icing sugar
125g (4ozs) cornflour
225g (8ozs) flour
cream butter and icing sugar together well, add sifted flour and cornflour. knead well, roll out to desired thickness and use a biscuit cuter to cut they biscuits out, put on a greased tray and prick each biscuits and bake for 30 minutes, after the have cooked and cooled down you could ice them or just do what i did sprinkle them with coco, eat and enjoy
