Take Another Little Piece of My Heart Earrings

Hello. I am going to show you how to make very simple, elegant earrings.
When placed side by side, their cut-outs form a heart.

Gather Your Tools and Supplies

You will need:

Fimo clay glitter red #202
craft clay machine or plexi glass rolling pin
2 eye pins
2 mini heart cookie cutters, 1 smaller than the other
2 fish hook ear wires
2 7mm open end jump rings
red nail polish (i used avon nail wear in cherry jubilee)

Flatten Your Clay

Using your craft clay machine or plexi glass rolling pin, flatten your clay.
i used my craft clay machine set to #9 thickness

Cut Out Your Hearts

take the larger size of your cookie cutter and cut out 2 hearts from the clay
then insert your eyepins into the center of each heart

Cut Your Mini Heart Cut Outs

line the hearts up side by side and take the small cookie cutter to cut both hearts at the same time, leaving half a heart shape cut out on each one

Time to Bake

bake your earrings. when they are cooled, paint with your red nail polish
be sure they dry thoroughly for at least an hour before glossing.

Attach Fish Hook Ear Wires and Wear Out on the Town

attach the fish hook ear wires to the eyepins using the jump rings
and you are done!
