Tapioca Fritters (Ramadan Special)

Ever heard of tapioca pearl fritters? I have! commonly known as Sabudana vada in India and Pakistan. these are made specially in India during there special day when the wifes are fasting for there husbands. As we Muslims are having month of Ramadan I thought to give a try to this fritters. I was surprised at the taste of these. crispy from the outside, jelly from inside.

Ingredients

makes 6 small size fritters.
*2 small potatoes
*coriander
* green chilli "
* red chilli flakes"
* Sabudana 1/4 cup (soak for 4-5 hours)
* salt "
* lemon juice half teaspoon


" as according to your taste.

mix all the above ingredients.
take a lemon size ball.
flatten in your hand
and shallow fry.
